BTW I was unable to score a Burning Man ticket this year do to the BLM cap of 50,000 attendants and the stinking scalpers......so bummed! I hope everyone that bought a bunch of tickets just to make money, thus stopping people such as myself that actually go for the art and experience, I hope they get crabs, and I don't mean regular std size crabs, I mean full sized Alaskan Crabs occupying their nether regions!!!

    I recently received my copy of Black and white magazine’s single image portfolio edition, and found out that I won my second consecutive merit award for my "Metropolis" piece. You can see the image/award on page 55 of issue 72, February 2010.

My work is being published in Black and white magazine’s single image portfolio issue for the second year in a row!

I recently received an e-mail from Black and white magazine that one of the four images I submitted for consideration for the single image portfolio contest / issue was selected a winner.

I don’t know which image won, or in which category, but one of my shots will appear in issue #72 of B&W magazine scheduled to arrive on newsstands the first week of December 2009.

Just thought I’d share the news with all of you here on DA.

This site makes it easier to purchase my work than off of my personal web site (at least for the time being) and allows me to completely control the printing process from start to finish, unlike the print setup here on DA.
